Mulman Dog Wash, LLC dba Onyva understands that sometimes schedules change, and we will, of course, work with you to reschedule your dog and get her/him in at your earliest convenience.
Cancellations or appointments rescheduled which occur within twenty-four hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge in full and the credit card held in your file will be charged for the scheduled services.
Please note that if you are over fifteen minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time allotted for your appointment. If you have not arrived within fifteen minutes, your dog will be considered a “No-Show” for the appointment, and we will charge your credit card on file the full amount for the scheduled service.
